We will have a welcome cocktail followed by dinner.

Ravello is a charming and picturesque town located on the Amalfi Coast. Perched high on a cliff overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea, Ravello offers breathtaking panoramic views. We will have a private tour of the town along with a stop at the beautiful Villa Cimbrone gardens. Lunch included.

We will take the ferry to Positano where you will enjoy Positano's charming streets and unique and picturesque landscape on your own. We will take the ferry back to Amalfi in the afternoon and in the early evening we will go to Conca dei Marini where we will learn how limoncello is made and enjoy a light dinner.

We will leave Ravello this morning and travel on to Matera. You will have lunch on your own. In the early evening we will have a welcome aperitivo in the hotel followed by a private tour of Matera. We will end the day with dinner together.

This day will be a day for you to do whatever you like on your own. We will meet in the evening for dinner together.

We will leave Matera in the morning and travel to Lecce. We will enjoy an afternoon walk through the city of Lecce known as the Baroque Florence of the south. During our walk we will meet a local artisan of Papier-mache and we will go to his laboratory where we will learn the ropes of this magical ancient tradition. On the way we will stop to taste some traditional delicatessen such as pasticiotto accompanied by an iced short coffee drink with almond milk called Caffè Leccese.

On this day we will the fishing village of Gallipoli, with its clear blue waters, sandy beach and beautiful old town. Then we will move to Torre Vado, a small seaside village located on the Ionian Coast. We will sail aboard and elegant restored fishing boat to see both sides of the Salento Coastline. A delicious homemade aperitivo for lunch on board the boat with the finest Puglia and Italian wines will delight us.

In the morning we will check-out in Lecce and depart for stunning Ostuni. Now it's time to experience an important treasure of Puglia, Olive oil. You will meet a local producer at a renowned Masseria. We will walk the beautiful grounds of the estate and of course enjoy an olive oil tasting. Then we visit Ostuni, the ``White City``, a labyrinth of white cobbled stone, more Green than Italian. Next stop Is Monopoli, a quiet seaside town with a spectacular location. Last stop will be Polignano a Mare where we will check in to our new hotel. We will have a guided walking tour in the evening of this small town know as the ``Pearl of the Adriatic``.

Today we will go in search of Puglia's famous trulli houses. These cone shaped dwellings are unique to the region and in Alberobello you will see a concentration of over 1,000 truly houses. Our guide will bring the history of this picturesque town to life. Then you will meet a local cheese artisan at his Farm, where he will demonstrate the art of making fresh mozzarella and burrito and let you try twisting the knot of mozzarella. A delicious buffet lunch will served.

Enjoy the day on your own. We will have a farewell dinner in the evening.

You will fly back to the USA from Bari today. Transportation to the airport is on your own.
