We will have a welcome cocktail followed by dinner.

Capri is a glamorous and enchanting island off the coast of Naples. Famous for its stunning cliffs and crystal-clear waters, Capri captivates visitors with its natural beauty and charm. We will enjoy a private tour of the island, including a visit to the famous Blue Grotto. Lunch included.

We will take the ferry to Positano where you will enjoy Positano's charming streets and unique and picturesque landscape on your own. We will take the ferry back to Amalfi in the afternoon and in the early evening we will go to Conca dei Marini where we will learn how limoncello is made and enjoy a light dinner.

We will leave Ravello this morning and travel on to Matera. You will have lunch on your own. In the early evening we will have a welcome aperitivo in the hotel followed by a private tour of Matera. We will end the day with dinner together.

This day will be a day for you to do whatever you like on your own. We will meet in the evening for dinner together.

We will leave Matera in the morning and travel to Lecce. We will enjoy an afternoon walk through the city of Lecce known as the Baroque Florence of the south. During our walk we will meet a local artisan of Papier-mache and we will go to his laboratory where we will learn the ropes of this magical ancient tradition. On the way we will stop to taste some traditional delicatessen such as pasticiotto accompanied by an iced short coffee drink with almond milk called Caffè Leccese.

Visit to the local market to purchase the products chosen by the participants, lesson on typical and traditional products, stop at a local cafeteria to taste a Lecce coffee, arrival at school and start of the lesson, each guest will have his own workstation, preparation of at least 4 dishes (an entire menu), tasting of the dishes prepared during the lesson, lesson on the wine tasting technique, pairing of 3 Apulian fine wines, lunch.

In the morning we will check-out in Lecce and depart for stunning Ostuni. Now it's time to experience an important treasure of Puglia, Olive oil. You will meet a local producer at a renowned Masseria. We will walk the beautiful grounds of the estate and of course enjoy an olive oil tasting. Then we visit Ostuni, the ``White City``, a labyrinth of white cobbled stone, more Greek than Italian. Last stop will be Polignano a Mare where we will check in to our new hotel.

Today we will go in search of Puglia's famous trulli houses. These cone shaped dwellings are unique to the region and in Alberobello you will see a concentration of over 1,000 truly houses. Our guide will bring the history of this picturesque town to life. A delicious buffet lunch will be served.

Enjoy the day on your own. We will have a farewell dinner in the evening.

You will fly back to the USA from Bari today. Transportation to the airport is on your own.
