Ciao Amici came to St. Michael’s School and ran a Make Your Own Pasta class. It was so well... done!!! We had kids from PreK 4 - through 8th Grade in attendance and everyone had such a wonderful time. Filomena and her team were amazing!!! We will be doing another school event with Ciao Amici in the future. If you have a school or scout group I highly recommend doing one of these classes. This was a winner!!! Love Ciao Amici! I have taken three culinary classes there and am looking forward to my next... one...pizza making! Filomena and the staff of Ciao Amici are so welcoming and encouraging. I just love listening to Filomena teach! Every time she passes my workstation and says "Brava" I just beam with pride! My whole family loves Ciao Amici and we can’t say enough great things about the school and Senora... Filomena. My children have been taking Italian lessons as well as participating in summer camps at Ciao Amici for 6+ years. They look forward to their weekly classes. Filomena and Kelly took care of every single detail and made our first family trip to Italy beyond... amazing! They thought of everything. We visited Florence, San Gimignano on our way to San Quirico D’Orcia, also in Tuscany, Rome and Amalfi. Traveling with two teenagers and my mom for her 70th birthday made it very important for us to be comfortable and safe in addition to covering as much ground as possible in 10 days. All of their attention to detail, hotel recommendations and restaurants exceeded our expectations every time. Giuseppe who they scheduled as our tour guide and driver between all of the locations literally became part of our family. Recommended and booked a perfect winery visit with personal guide in Rome to DeSantis winery and... Pope summer residence. Places were not touristy and guide was knowledgeable of history and even made us dinner reservation at a local restaurant after tour. Great day we would have never known to do without her help.read more
