Course Details
At Ciao Amici, we believe that the best way for children and teenagers to learn a language is through active engagement, creativity, and play. Our specialized youth programs are carefully structured into age-appropriate tracks—from early learners to high school students—ensuring every child feels confident and supported. Whether your child is discovering their very first Italian words or looking to preserve their native heritage, our interactive lessons combine language basics with vibrant cultural immersion, making every class an exciting journey they look forward to every week!
Ages 5-7 Classes
SCHEDULE
Wednesdays 4:15 PM – 5:15 PM
TUITION
$ 850 per semester
One time $50 registration fee for new student.
INFORMATIONS
With this age group, we continue to focus on sound and the correct pronunciation of words. Through a visual approach, students begin to apply their vocabulary to reading and spelling. Ciao Amici uses books, play games, role-play, and fun activities.
Ages 8-10 Classes

Wednesdays 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
TUITION
$ 850 per semester
One time $50 registration fee for new student.
INFORMATIONS
For this group, lessons are focused on every-day topics including school, home, and family. Students use relatable topics as a basis for new vocabulary; their sentences start to flow better as they improve their reading and writing skills.
Ciao Amici uses lesson plans, books, songs, games, recipes and role-play.
Ages 11-13 Classes

Fridays 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM

These classes are designed for children who already have a good speaking knowledge of Italian.
We will focus on the Italian Elementary school program or Italian Middle School program depending on the child’s age.
They will learn grammar, literature, geography and history while following the Italian School curriculum.
