They booked us wonderful hotels, incredible experiences, handled all the transportation, and found great tour guides who even kept our three kids entertained. Best trip ever! Seamless and Exceeded All Expectations! We just got back from a 2 week trip to Italy planned by Ciao Amici and honestly, it blew us away. We were so worried about Traveling with a 4-year-old and a 2-year-old but the detailed planning made by Ciao Amici turned this trip into "An Out Of This World" experience . The memories that were created, will be talked about for many years! What an amazing trip we had touring Italy for our 30th Anniversary. Ciao Amici planned everything for us, I mean everything! Filomena is so knowledgeable and provided lots of insight on where to go, how long to stay at each destination. When to sight seeing and when to relax. Our tour guides and drivers were so friendly and knowledgeable. Every experience better than the next. We started in Florence, then to a cozy farmhouse in Pienza with a wine tasting and cooking class (day trip to Montepulciano), then over to Matera (my favorite), with another wine tasting. Then to Polignano a Mare, from there we toured Ostuni (oil tasting in a working masseria) and Alberobello. Our last stop was Naples w a quick day trip to Capri. We will be back again to plan our next trip to Sicily.

Our trip to Italy was absolutely wonderful, and we cannot say enough good things about the experience. Everything was planned flawlessly from start to finish. We returned from our trip to Rome and Sicily a short while ago...what a wonderful adventure! Every day was filled with fun and excitement. Rome proved to be amazing, even though we've been there before! The food tour in Trastevere was excellent! After a few days enjoying the sites, we were off to Sicily. Filomena planned almost everything for the four of us. The hotels were wonderful, and our driver throughout Sicily, Vincenzo, was absolutely amazing. He was informative, fun, accommodating, and a total delight. Our guides in each city were knowledgeable and totally willing to tailor the excursions based on our needs. We wanted an additional boat ride in Siracusa and our guide set us up for an incredible sunset ride. The food?? Fantastic!! Ending up in Taormina and relaxing at a beautiful resort completed our tour of quaint towns, beautiful scenery/architecture, and culinary delights. Every detail was planned by Filomena beautifully, and our trip was most memorable and amazing!

We returned last weekend from our latest trip in Italy - 10 days in Sicily and 4 in Amalfi - again arranged by Ciao Amici. Once again, the trip was outstanding - all of the transfers were on time and flawless; all of the tour guides that Ciao Amici arranged in the different cities were engaged and informative and provided good insights; and all of the hotels they arranged were good value for the money. All of the guides new Filomena personally and she had followed up with each of them about the details of our trip to be sure that they could accomodate our interests. One member of our party had a great grandfather who came from Contessa Entellina and, through Filomena's guide's connection, not only were we able to visit the town but she was able to connect him with his third cousin who still lived there! We can't wait to plan a visit to a different region of Italy through Ciao Amici. Anyone looking to travel to Italy should really use Ciao Amici to plan it - their knowledge and resources, and their responsiveness, are really outstanding!

From the moment we arrived in Venice every detail was taken care of. Leaving was also easy. Train to Milan and driver to lake como was excellent choice. Santa margherita was especially beautiful and tour of cinque terre was excellent. The guides and drivers were all wonderful. Thx so much for an unforgettable Italy experience
